It was established in 2018 with a registered capital of 30 million yuan and covers an area of 40 acres. The company has an annual production capacity of 5000 tons of rare earth metals and alloys.

    The total investment of the project is 104.3523 million yuan, with an environmental protection investment of 8.78 million yuan. The main construction content includes the construction of a new electrolysis workshop (equipped with 88 electrolysis tanks and supporting equipment), a high-purity metal workshop (equipped with 3 vacuum intermediate frequency induction furnaces, 2 vacuum carbon tube furnaces, 2 muffle furnaces, and related metal processing equipment), a polishing workshop (equipped with 3 drills, 3 shot blasting machines, and 1 steel bar cutting machine), and auxiliary construction projects including raw and auxiliary material workshops, finished product warehouses, solid waste and hazardous waste storage rooms, as well as related auxiliary environmental protection equipment. The company currently has more than 50 employees, of which 72.5% are professionals with doctoral, master's, and bachelor's degrees or above, with an average age of 36 years old. The company attaches great importance to technological research and innovation, striving to fully grasp the core technologies of various links and processes in rare earth smelting technology. With a professional and young talent team and a management model where industry experts are technical leaders, the company has achieved continuous technological upgrading and innovation.Production began in December 2022, and the product is currently sold to a local rare earth metal company in Baotou. The trial results have been recognized by customers.
